林韡承 一個誤打誤撞進入藝術領域的男子，第一次接觸劇場的記憶是一堆閃爍絢麗的燈光，從此之後就愛上了戲劇。雖然大學讀的是資訊工程，但畢業後有幸認識一群專業的朋友，讓他跟著他們瘋。 韡承擔任幾齣舞台劇的製作人後，漸漸感受到自己的樂在「 栽植藝術觀．牧養藝術人 」：第一，將好的藝術介紹給社會大眾，幫助人尊重專業、支持藝術工作者；第二，關懷藝術人實質上的需要，也分享靈性上的慰藉。 為了達成這項任務，韡承先擔任藝術大學基督教社團（團契）輔導，後前往美國富勒神學院 ( Fuller Theological Seminary ) 讀藝術神學，師事 W. David O. Taylor。進修期間，韡承發現「崇拜禮儀」此一學科，且意識到戲劇理論和基督教崇拜的交集，遂前往耶魯大學神學院 ( Yale Divinity School ) 修讀神學碩士，並完成論文《聖餐作為沉浸式劇場》 ( “Taste and See . . .”: The Eucharist as Immersive Theatre )，指導教授 Andrew B. Vincent is a theatre producer and pastor of artists whose work explores the intersection of liturgy and immersive theatre. Born in the United States and raised in Taiwan, he holds an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary and an STM from Yale Divinity School.
